Provide pre-sales technical solution support to target customer segments in Enterprise/Branch, M2M and transportation verticals. Overcome all technical objections during the sales cycle. Conduct periodic technical sales training to Inside Sales Teams and Partners. Capture and log customer feature requests and enhancements. Provide input into the priority of new features into product roadmaps. Work closely with Enterprise Support Engineers on managing technical challenges during the Trial and Pilot phases of sales cycle. Periodically create documentation notes on best practices or unique configurations for Sales teams. Exceed quarterly sales quota objectives for assigned territory. Periodically assist field sales SE's and account teams with emerging opportunities.
