Overview

Cradlepoint has always been an exciting and rewarding place to work because we focus on innovation, creativity and team work. Our core value has always been centered around 'customer success' because we know from experience that if they succeed then we will as well.

We are looking for creators, leaders and team players that want an opportunity to work with a smart, energetic and passionate team that is revolutionizing the way businesses think about how they can add performance and scale to their existing network infrastructure. Innovation truly drives our core value and the success of our company, so we’re always brainstorming, analyzing and optimizing how to make our solutions better for each and every customer.

Yeah, we work hard for our customers and partners, but we also play hard too. From our corporate headquarters in Boise, Idaho, to our office locations in Silicon Valley, Canada, Australia, Japan and the UK, we all value the local energy of each office. We offer competitive pay and plenty of perks, and we also offer a casual work environment that thrives on being hungry yet humble.

We’re looking for bright, driven contributors—true problem solvers who are passionate about paving the road of new networking technologies for our customers. Does that sound like you? If so, view our open positions below, and let’s innovate together.
