Overview

Cradlepoint, the worldwide leader in cloud-managed 4G LTE networking solutions, is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Channel Marketing Program Manager to support the channel marketing team with analysis, marketing communications, partner enablement, and other needs.

 

 The ideal candidate will be a proven self-starter, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task while working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Qualified candidates will need strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage details related to multiple programs simultaneously.

 

*Assignment approx. 12 weeks. 

Responsibilities

Job knowledge and skill:

  • Effectively manages time through prioritization of tasks. Keeps supervisor apprised of progress and potential issues.

  • Prevents a problem situation from expanding and takes steps so the problem does not recur.

Administrative:

  • Invoice Management – process POs, submit invoices
  • Vendor Management – order giveaways
  • AMEX reconciliation

Drive Partner Allegiance through Greater Marketing Engagement:

  • Demonstrate > 2X increase in TO marketing activities (contacts, readership, touch) with “Red Cap” partners
  • Demonstrate ability to plan, build and execute via partner demand center partner marketing plans including scalable revenue marketing tactics in a journey, execution details, calendar, etc.

Partner Summit/PAC:

  • Be active member of team planning and executing annual partner summit and PAC events.
  • Drive new structure and execute partner comms

Partner Program/Connect:

  • Be actively involved in partner program and portal.
  • Demonstrate ways you help execute a better experience for partners and always looking to improve and optimize
  • Manage specific vendor relationships and HQ related executions; CNET, CPCNE, international partners, misc. requests from channel teams, annual channel calendar, Everyone social, channel webinars, etc.

Productivity:

  • Duties and responsibilities are completed as assigned within established timeframes.
  • Properly escalates issues.
  • Promptly seeks additional work upon completion of assignments.
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and commitment to achieving goals.

Accuracy and Quality:

  • Duties and responsibilities are completed accurately.
  • Attention to detail is utilized when completing tasks.
  • Consistently provides follow-up on projects/tasks.
  • Executes and improves work processes to ensure achievement of goals.

IMPORTANT:

  • Understand cradlepoint reseller ecosystem – to be able to make judgement calls on one-offs, work with internal team on problems/projects
