    As the Account Based Marketing Program Manager you will be responsible for scaling and executing ABM programs targeting strategic accounts with our global sales teams. The ideal candidate will have the ability to roll-up their sleeves to create world-class programs and work cross-functionally with sales and marketing to generate measurable pipeline and revenue. This position reports to the Senior Lead Generation Manager headquartered in Boise, ID.

    Responsibilities

    • Own the target account database working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and sales operations to identify strategic accounts
    • Plan, organize, and execute ABM programs and journeys that align with our global sales strategy
    • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales operations and sales leaders to design and execute programs that align with our go-to-market strategy
    • Proactively engage with the sales teams to coordinate, communicate and optimize program activities
    • Educate field sales and inside sales on account-based marketing activities
    • Evaluate and select agency and technology vendors that contribute to ABM activities and deliverables
    • Track key metrics that demonstrate success of programs and investments

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of B2B demand generation/marketing experience with a focus on mid-market to enterprise accounts – channel experience preferred but not required
    • Proven experience building and scaling account-based marketing programs
    • Experience in target account selection processes (new business & install-base)
    • Expertise in using or utilizing marketing automation platforms and CRM– preferably Marketo and Salesforce
    • Experience working with account-based marketing vendors (i.e. Demandbase, Terminus, Engagio, intent platforms, predictive analytics, etc.)
    • Proven execution of demand generation activities including: nurtures, direct mail, personalization, content syndication, content creation & digital campaigns
    • Experience working with agencies to design, build and fulfill direct mail campaigns
    • Experience using or utilizing analytic platforms – preferably Tableau
    • Strong understanding of the Demand Waterfall and lifecycle marketing
    • Highly analytical with a focus on metrics and outcomes
    • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience
