    The ERP Application Analyst will focus their attention on the operations processes of Cradlepoint.  The Analyst will support the current implementation and the integration of ERP with other company systems, as well as define requirements for any system changes and drive the use of the ERP platform within Cradlepoint.  This role requires a deep understanding of order entry, inventory, production, warehouse management, and shipping procedures and processes.  It also involves interfacing with various departments to support their needs in order to promote efficient and effective utilization of the ERP platform. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally and have excellent communication skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide training and support for new and existing ERP users
    • Work with stakeholders to establish best-practice processes within company systems
    • Interface with all departments to assist and support their ERP usage and reporting needs
    • Define ERP platform customizations
    • Arbitrate needs against system capabilities and find efficient and effective solutions
    • Assist with creating requirements for the development team
    • Support the end-user community to ensure database accuracy, integrity and cleanliness
    • Maintain integration functions of ERP with other systems
    • Provide support in the evaluation, implementation and utilization of ERP third party add-on programs
    • Maintain knowledge of all current ERP features and releases

    Qualifications

    • ERP experience with sales & distribution, production, inventory, and advanced warehousing
    • A minimum of 5 years prior implementation and support experience as an Application Analyst for an ERP such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX a plus
    • Participation in at least 2 full cycle ERP implementations
    • Ability to work cross-functionally with all departments
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Self-motivated
    • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
    • Ability to build reports using SQL and other report tools
    • The ability to weed through wants to discern critical needs
    • Experience with SOX and GRC and their application to business system applications
    • BS or Master's degree preferred in Business, MIS or Computer Science
    • May be exposed to moderate noise levels (i.e. computers, printers, or light traffic)

    If applicable:

    Must be able to travel and schedule overnight stays, work the hours required, work any shifts assigned, exception is assigned regular and/or split days off, work weekends and holidays and coordinate vacations in accordance with company requirements and schedules.
