The Systems Administrator will join the Cradlepoint Infrastructure & Security team, aiding in the planning, build out, security and maintenance of the corporate infrastructure and facilities. Primary responsibilities include hardware and software support of onsite and offsite physical and virtual servers, operating system maintenance and support, application software maintenance and support, and network infrastructure maintenance and support.
Additional responsibilities include coordinating with various departments to continuously design and implement improvements across our distributed IT infrastructure, supporting and enabling the organization’s business ventures.
Secondary responsibilities include assisting engineering and operations teams with maintaining customer facing services and applications. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, require minimal supervision, possess excellent analytical and communication skills, and be a team player with an “I Care” attitude. Occasional user support and periodic on call duty including nights and weekends as required.
