  • Overview

    The Shipping/Receiving Coordinator is responsible for keeping records of all products shipped and received in the Company.

    The Shipping/Receiving Coordinator must ensure accurate handling and tracking of all items received or shipped by the Company.


    • Package goods for shipping ensuring the goods won’t be damaged during shipment.
    • Ensure mailing labels and shipping documents are correct.
    • Ensure that all receiving and shipping documents are correct.
    • Verify incoming shipments for proper documentation and damage.
    • Ensure all documentation is in order and entered into the Company’s computer records.
    • Maintain equipment and machinery.
    • Inspect incoming shipments for damage and accuracy of paper work.
    • Perform work following established standards, instructions and time lines.
    • Communicate problems, issues and concerns to supervisor.


    • High School diploma or equivalent.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience doing similar work.
    • Ability to work in a team.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Able to work on a variety of projects.
    • Able to exercise reasoned judgment.
    • Basic proficient with personal computers and company production software.
