  • Overview

    The NASPO Program Manager will responsible for the overall success of the NASPO contract.  The role will include; interacting with the NASPO contracting office and Legal to ensure Cradlepoint is compliant, working with Marketing on training and communications internal and external, working with Operations on the post sales process and working with the Channels to most effectively work with our resellers.


    • Ensure corporate complicance with NASPO
    • Maintain and add products and pricing to the contract
    • Ensure the required reporting and fees are current and accurate
    • Coordinate among multiple departments to promote their individual roles and responsibilities
    • Attend NASPO training events
    • Work with multiple states to agree to participate
    • Develop NASPO overall business/project plan
    • Work with sales on which states need to be targeted and signed up.
    • Coordinate with marketing on training programs for channel and sales.
    • Coordinate required state Ts and Cs between the states and Legal
    • Work with legal on contract compliance
    • Be a team player – work well cross functionally


    • BA/BS degree
    • Possesses an assertive, self-starter mentality
    • Builds strong relationships to achieve goals
    • Strong organizational skills; accuracy and attention to detail, including follow-up
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Government contract management experience
    • Candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
    • Contract Management Certifications preferred
    • Thorough knowledge of the NASPO organization its contracts and programs
    • Experience creating contract and procurement sale enablement programs
    • 5 years minimum experience in contract management
    • Channel Management experience is preferred
    • Ability to travel 1-2 times a month by car/plane as necessary, with overnights in other cities to support programs
    • Strong relationship building skills and contract negotiation experience
    • Must be able to travel and schedule overnight stays approximately 7 – 10 days throughout the year
