    Cradlepoint NetCloud Manager enables deployment, orchestration and analytics for nearly a million devices for close to 30,000 customers. As these numbers as well as the new features and capabilities keep growing, we constantly look for ways to improve the scale and performance of NetCloud Manager. Most of our software services are either already, or are in the process of becoming dockerized microservices orchestrated with Kubernetes. We are looking for a Senior CloudOps Engineer with background in microservices and container orchestration to join our exciting journey towards this migration.

    • Deploy, upgrade and manage our production and non-production Kubernetes clusters
    • Develop and improve our software deployment method using Kubernetes and Helm
    • Proactively monitor and troubleshoot our cloud infrastructure for continuous improvement to uptime and business continuity
    • Support and continuously enhance our CI/CD pipeline
    • Continuously strive to improve the methodology for effectively managing our cloud infrastructure
    • Bring a positive, can-do attitude and be a team-player


    • 5+ years of experience in the design, implementation, maintenance and management of cloud infrastructure (UNIX/Docker/ Kubernetes/ Microservices)
    • Hands on experience in managing Kubernetes clusters at enterprise scale
    • Hands on experience using broad range of AWS services including EKS
    • Hands on experience using ElasticSearch with fluentd for logging/monitoring
    • Hands on experience with modern CI/CD pipelines
    • Understanding of Kubernetes security best practices
    • Well versed in container and container networking technologies
    • Strong programming background, Python preferred
    • Strong analytical and debugging skills
    • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
