Overview

The Director of Programs and Campaigns will report to the VP of Demand Marketing and be responsible for working cross-functionally to develop, execute, and continually optimize integrated demand generation and ABM campaigns that drive revenue for Cradlepoint. In this role, you’ll manage a team of ABM managers to create and execute integrated and target campaigns that increase awareness, drive demand, accelerate pipeline, and deliver revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Lead ABM team to create and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, optimizing towards pipeline contribution and predictable revenue growth
  • Develop and execute account-based marketing strategies aimed at winning specific targeted accounts in aligned with sales goals
  • Own, analyze and communicate the strategy, execution and optimization of metrics across the demand generation funnel — inquiries, MQLs, SALs, SQLs and pipeline
  • Continually make and execute recommendations for optimization and ongoing pipeline growth
  • Champion ABM marketing best practices, including A/B and multivariate testing, identifying new tests and growth opportunities for additional investments and great ROI
  • Work with cross-functionally with Product Marketing and Events teams to understand and identify the buyer’s needs and challenges across their journey and translate those into targeted, integrated campaigns
  • Meet with Sales and Partner teams to communicate upcoming marketing campaigns, gather feedback on program performance and align to revenue targets

Qualifications

  • A test-learn-refine and execution mindset, experienced managing a team of high-performance program and campaign managers
  • A strong track record delivering results across all online and offline ABM and demand generation channels, significantly scaling revenue contribution
  • 7+ years of ABM B2B digital/inbound, content-driven demand gen experience in a dynamic, fast-paced, demanding professional environment
  • 5+ years experience in ABM in the SaaS and IT verticals preferred
  • Prefer experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo), ABM platforms (Engagio, Demandbase), multi-touch attribution reporting (Bizible) and Salesforce
  • Experience working with 3rd party vendors that include content production content syndication, data enrichment, webinars, etc.
  • Strong people skills, communications, project management, planning and budgeting skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment to meet deadlines
