Overview

At Cradlepoint, we believe that our success is directly tied to the value our customers derive from our solutions. While customers realize value at different stages in their journey with Cradlepoint, managing the journeys is critical to accomplishing the true testament of the value; the renewal. We are searching for an experienced renewals coordinator to join our organization. You and the team will partner with channel partners and customers and internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales Managers, Customer Success Engineers) to ensure we are accomplishing our renewal targets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of stragegic renewals by collaborating with Cradlepoint team members, partners and customers
  • Closely track deals by sending reminder notices and checking in for regular updates
  • Accurately manage and update opportunity pipeline
  • Work closely with the Sales and Channel Teams to maximize annual renewal rates and assist with upgrade/refresh support
  • Effectively partner and build relationships with external clients and partners
  • Contribute to accurate and timely renewals forecasts including risk identification and mitigation
  • Align with Sales Regions and Customer Success Managers to accomplish on-time renewals and ensure that Cradlepoint receives all of the possible recurring revenue
  • Proactively reach out on upcoming renewals with all necessary parties and continuously follow through to completion

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Required 4-6 years’ service renewal experience with an emphasis on a channel (preferably networking industry and/SaaS company)
  • Expert working knowledge of the service business including co-termination, service terms, terms and conditions, etc.
  • Experience and knowledge of negotiating with partners and customers with a focus on value
  • Experience working with both internal and external customers in a multi-tier channel environment
  • Strong communication skills to clearly and accurately convey complex service concepts to internal and client facing teams at all management levels
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and MS Dynamix is preferred, working knowledge of Excel required
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills are a must, as problem resolution with Sales, Customer Support, Customers and Finance are key components of the job
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities
  • Results oriented team player with strong attention to detail
