The Partner Enablement Program Specialist will assist in development, implementation, and management of channel communications and marketing programs to help achieve overall channel sales goals and business objectives across all channel segments. This role will ensure partner executive, marketing, sales, and technical teams understand Cradlepoint’s value proposition and are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to effectively identify opportunities and sell Cradlepoint solutions.


Cradlepoint is seeking an innovative, results-oriented Partner Enablement Program Specialist responsible for executing onboarding and a variety of enablement programs for Cradlepoint channel partners and in support of our channel sales teams.


• Collaborate on the development and execution of key components of a partner enablement program, complete with initiatives that support the entire lifecycle of a channel relationship – focusing on onboarding and ongoing learning and development
• Knowledge and implementation of the described programs with industry best practices in mind
• Overall ownership of the partner portal as the technology platform that delivers Cradlepoint-partner engagement in an optimized and aligned manner
• Drive creation, alignment and customization of partner enablement tools and materials with key stakeholders including Product, Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Sales Enablement, Operations, Channel Operations and Customer Success
• Build peer support and relationships amongst Cradlepoint’s internal Channel Sales and leadership teams to drive continuous awareness and engagement
• Report key metrics to show the efficiency, effectiveness, and satisfaction improvements for Cradlepoint partners and internal Partner Sales teams


• 3+ years of Product or Channel Marketing experience with focus on sales and channel enablement
• Extensive project and program management skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressured, fast paced environment
• Experience tailoring and scheduling programs and initiatives from a global lens
• Proven ability to effectively work with internal cross-functional stakeholders, external resellers and 3rd party vendors
• Able to define and measure KPIs and program ROI in line with business objectives
• Proactive and self-directed: must be able to define and scope new initiatives with minimal guidance based on field input and relevant field data
• Understanding of industry standard channel programs is a plus
• Dynamic and proven presentation & written communication skills a must
• Executive presence and strong emotional intelligence
• Must be self-motivated and able to drive and run programs independently, and still be a team player
• Knowledge of Salesforce and Marketo a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales or Business required
