We're looking for a sales representative to sell to small and medium sized companies via the telephone and internet in a defined geographic territory. The goal for the Inside Sales Representative is growing our customer base, and will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through booked sale. • Achieve territory sales objectives through sales of products and services to new customers
• Identify sales opportunities through lead follow up, networking and building relationships with potential customers
• Adopt Cradlepoint sales methodology and adhere to our sales process
• Make recommendations to prospective customers that align business needs to our technology solutions and services
• Manage sales process through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation and close
• Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services
• Develop and maintain an understanding of the territory, marketplace and competitive offerings

• Successful B2B sales experience with a strong emphasis on acquiring new customers (preferred)
• Experience selling to Directors and/or business owners (preferred)
• Documented success achieving and exceeding assigned quotas
• Experience in presenting a sales demonstration to client
• Consultative, solution based sales methodology
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
• AA (Marketing/Business preferred) or equivalent experience
