Responsible for development, communication, and execution of product demand and supply plans, to meet our overall financial goals. You will work with sales, marketing, R&D and finance to devolp an agreed upon demand plan. This will create a more accurate supply plan which will improve our inventory utilization.


• Analyze and incorporate all data pertinent to the creation of the demand forecast (historical sales, market trends, seasonality, promotions etc.)
• Reviewing historical sales trends, identifying demand drivers, and coordinating cross functional research activities to gather input, reconciling forecast variances and updating forecast assumptions
• Design and generate monthly statistical forecast reports
• Conduct current and future forecasting analysis, ensuring forecasting processes and methods are followed
• Support recommended adjustments to forecast and inventory targets based on changes in demand and market trends
• Continuously improving forecasting techniques, methodologies, and approaches with the goal of improving forecast accuracy
• Developing and maintaining documentation and standard operating procedures for demand planning processes and systems
• Leading monthly cross-functional (Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product Management) discussions on product and forecast needs
• Planning and leading monthly demand reviews with all internal stakeholders
• Building unit/revenue demand forecast at multiple levels of aggregation (Geography, Product Family etc.)
• Escalating constraints and financial implications to leadership for visibility and reconciliation
• Championing the creation and reporting of demand & supply planning metrics
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives of the demand and supply planning processes
• Continuously improve key end-to-end planning performance indicators from Forecast MAPEs to customer on-time delivery


• BS or BA, preferably in a relevant field such as Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Data Analytics
• Minimum 5 years professional experience in forecasting or planning
• Experience in executive level reporting
• Advanced Excel capabilities e.g. Pivot tables, chart creation, and presentation of data
• Analytical, detail- focused, organized, focused and strong presentation skills required
• Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred
• Knowledge of Tableau or SQL a plus
