The Federal Inside Area Partner Manager (I-APM) position is an integral part of the Federal channel team, driving reseller onboarding, engagement and growth. Partners are and integral component of our GTM strategy, they extend our reach and amplify our voice in market. As a 100% partner centric sales motion you will be in the critical path of area revenue attenment. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with and supporting the Federal team’s reseller channel efforts. The I-RPM will be expected to own and grow a set of focus resellers, as well as recruit, onboard and enable new resellers in collaboration with Distribution. This position will be based at our Boise, ID location. 


  • Team with Federal sales and channel account management to grow overall regional revenue leveraging reseller expertise
  • Identify gaps in the reseller coverage
  • Develop a strategy to recruit and onboard new resellers
  • Drive engagement and growth with an assigned set of focused reseller accounts
  • Manage Emerging partners, in collaboration with Distribution
  • Lead or participate in various process improvement projects


  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, customer support or business development (or customer facing technical role)
  • Experience in Federal markets highly desired
  • Proven navigation of requirements definition through the contracting and Federal resale processes
  • Customer base requires US Citizenship
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but equivalent experience will be considered
  • Strong skills in customer focus and problem solving
  • Demonstrated ability to set goals, prioritize and achieve metric driven results (SMART goals)
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and comfort in dealing with ambiguity and high growth
  • Understanding of the two teir technology distribution and/or networking and/or cellular marketplace and technologies highly desirable
  • Possess a mix of relationship/sales and analytical/project management skills
  • Ability to travel 5-10%
