We are looking for an experienced analyst relations (AR) person that is early in their career but seeks a high-growth opportunity. This person will be responsible for executing our analyst relations program strategy and action plan. To be effective in this role, this person will need to effectively interface with Cradlepoint’s communications, product marketing, product management and other teams that play a role in evangelizing the company’s story, technology and plans. You will have an opportunity to help build an analyst relations program from the ground up and liaison with Ericsson’s (Cradlepoint’s parent company) analyst relationships efforts.


The right candidate sees analyst relations as a puzzle to be solved, and deeply enjoys collaborating on the strategy, but willing and capable of owning the executive and business achieve objectives. We’re looking for someone experienced in driving ROI, exerting influence and effectively communicating the insights gleaned from our AR programs. While this role will primarily focus on our English-language analysts, this is a global role with growing opportunity expand internationally in support of our teams in the EMEA, APAC and LATAM regions.


  • Collaborate on the development of Analyst Relations program and responsibility for executing it
  • Identify key industry and vertical key analyst agencies and individual and develop a prioritized list
  • Build and foster ongoing relationships with key industry analysts and influencers
  • Manage proactive outreach, to include ongoing communications, inquiries and briefings, to ensure analysts and influencers are familiar up to date on Cradlepoint’s business initiatives, important news, and product launches/updates and market positioning
  • Develop a list of key Cradlepoint evangelist and subject matter experts and map them to analyst coverage areas, inquires, briefings and engagement as need to achieve AR program objectives
  • Manage analyst engagement and reporting calendars to identify areas of potential coverage
  • Collaborate with our product management, solutions marketing and product marketing teams to complete surveys, questionnaires, and vendor assessment reports that garner positive placement
  • Provide strategic value back into the marketing and sales organizations by relaying and providing competitive intelligence, insights, and other key findings around current trends, use cases, and customer needs
  • Secure positive analyst/influencer reviews and quotes for use by our PR and customer success teams
  • Coach internal stakeholders on best practices for participating in successful analyst interactions and briefings
  • Help negotiate, secure, and manage analyst vendor relationships and contracts
  • Assist in setting-up an internal database to share licensed research and process for sharing across organization


  • Requires 2+ years managing AR programs, in-house and/or agency experience
  • Successful experience managing B2B, technology, analyst programs
  • Demonstrated understanding of analyst ecosystem and importance of influence programs
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, product marketing, and PR teams to build consistent, engaging, and meaningful analyst programs that benefit all parts of the organization
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills with the ability to communicate and draft compelling positioning and messaging
  • Self-motivated team player with a demonstrated ability to deliver results, including the ability to work effectively with a variety of team members across different functions
  • Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence, including a proven ability to develop and maintain internal and external executive relationships
  • Experience working with IT, networking, telecommunications or related, and/or experience in these industries is a real plus
