The Customer Success Operations Analyst will be a key contributor in building Cradlepoint’s Customer Success team. You will be integral in building and implementing processes and procedures that support our objectives, strategy, and tactics as we continue to shape our subscription renewal business and Customer Success team.
This role will be responsible for data gathering and analysis across multiple sources. The role will support ongoing reporting updates including daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and presentations. This includes updating Salesforce opportunities and ensuring other data is accurate and up to date. You will also work cross functionally with several teams as we scale processes and reporting needs. The CS Operations Analyst will assist in operationalizing data into actionable metrics for the Customer Success and Renewals teams.
