The Account Based Marketing, Program Manager will report to the Sr. Manager, Programs and Campaigns and you will conceptualize, execute and continually innovate account-based campaigns in partnership with digital, field, content, and importantly, sales teams. The ideal candidate will thrive at the intersection of creativity, campaign deployment, and data analytics with proven success delivering successful account-based programs (1:few and 1:many). Using your core analytical skills and martech knowledge, you’ll leverage data-driven insights, and customer intelligence from multiple sources to optimize targeting to personalize integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.   • Leverage data analytics, creativity and innovation to create, monitor and execute high-performance marketing campaigns for a set of strategic accounts
  • Engage cross-functional teams––content, creative, product marketing, demand generation, events marketing, sales, customer success teams––to execute successful ABM-focused programs and campaigns
  • Provide expertise to identify and engage buyers in account targets through messaging, creative and content that influences the customer journey
  • Deliver insightful reporting and analytics that supports marketing program impact to revenue; define and track KPIs to optimize marketing campaigns, assist with dashboards, and deliver data analyses
  • Leverage data to provide recommendations and guidance to improve accurate targeting of the right prospects based on analytics and research
  • Ideate and execute multi-touch customer journeys (ICPs, Personas) that include executive engagement, advertising, thought leadership, direct mail, corporate/virtual events and digital experiences that engage prospects to develop opportunities and create new customer relationships
  • Obtain and/or analyze market research to inform content creation, persona/ICP content mapping and competitive analysis
  • Ensure that brand messaging, tone and creative is applied through content created by yourself, other copywriters and our designers


  • 7+ years of integrated B2B demand generation experience with 3+ years’ experience in account-based marketing program management (preferably in SaaS, IT, Networking industries)
  • Previous success leveraging modern marketing practice to plan and execute different types of marketing campaigns targeting senior decision-makers at named enterprise accounts
  • Thorough understanding and practical application of buyer’s journey and optimizing ABM program channels (digital, social media, direct marketing, content syndication, events, etc.)
  • Ability to gather data/insights from multiple internal and external sources to understand impact across accounts and opportunities
  • Hands-on experience building reports and orchestrating ABM plays in Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase or similar platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Excellent communicator and team builder; knows how to build organizational support and credibility across multiple functions within the company
  • Self-starter with a strong predisposition for action and solving problems
  • Ability to write engaging emails, create landing pages, draft ad copy
  • A solid understanding of B2B marketing, sales funnel and key ABM performance metrics'
  • Must have the proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects, priorities, and engagements simultaneously

  • Ability to work remotely, effectively engaging and communicating with the team to provide consistent interactions that support productivity across the team
  • Strong team player and ability to collaborate with and influence peers, senior leaders and sales teams

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
