Reporting to the Manager of Channel and Carrier Sales Operations, the Channel & Carrier Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for the overall accuracy of Channel & Carriers Sales data. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with various teams to report on provide insight into the success rate of sales programs. The Sales Operations Analyst will provide regular communication on reporting and help maintain dashboards. This position is based in Boise, ID but remote candidates are also considered!

• Coordinate sales forecasting and reporting for the Channel & Carrier Sales Motions
• Maintain database accuracy, integrity, and cleanliness
• Researches, analyzes, and reports on weekly, monthly, and quarterly billings for the Sales Organization
• Assists in the execution and administration and providing analytical support for a variety of sales programs
• Works directly with various platforms (Salesforce.com, Tableau, Excel, etc.) to combine or extrapolate data 
• Maintain, complete, and ensure full record keeping of all reports
• Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced team environment

• AA (Marketing/Business preferred) or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of experience in Analytics
• Must be experienced in Excel 
• Experience with Salesfore.com
• Experience with Tableau
• High quality written and verbal skills
• Strong analytical skills and business knowledge
