Cradlepoint is seeking a T&E Accountant to oversee the Business Travel and Entertainment program, including but not limited to Concur administration, user support, reporting, accounting transactions, reconciliation, and analytics. This candidate will help to optimize our programs and establish efficiencies and enhancements all while ensuring compliance with our company policy. This candidate will also be involved in the month end process as well as work closely with payroll.   • Administer onboarding and offboarding of new hires in Concur
  • Audit assigned expense reports, ensuring compliance with the Company’s travel and entertainment expense policies and procedures and controls
  • Ensure rejected expense submissions are cleared timely
  • Develop, maintain, and implement company-wide policies and programs driving accountability and compliance while scaling for growth
  • Ensure expense reports are compliant with our company policy
  • Point of contact for travel, expense, and credit card programs for internal and external stakeholders, providing guidance and training to employees
  • Design and develop metrics and reports to inform and influence decision making with the ability to analyze trends, monitor compliance, and drive cost saving opportunities
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement, simplification, automation utilizing industry best practices and innovation technology
  • Provide timely analytics to effectively track expenses and monitor compliance. Ability to create executive ready reports
  • Responsible for Month End, Quarter End, Year End Closing tasks including preparation of journal entries
  • Serve as a primary contact for employee inquiries regarding expense submissions and system training
  • Work with accounting team during internal and external audits; pull source documents and work directly with auditors as needed


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in accounting with an emphasis in T&E. Experience with full-cycle accounting, month-end closing process and variance analysis.
  • 2+ years of relevant corporate card program experience including reconciliation tools
  • Knowledge of SAP Concur preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics ERP system preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate to advance level skills in Excel to perform analysis using pivot and lookup tables
  • Ability to work in a collaborative manner in a team-based environment and able to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive, attentive to details and demonstrates sense of urgency in completing assignments
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility and change in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and meet tight deadlines
